Ingredients

  • 生おから : 250g
  • 人参 : 30–40 g
  • 椎茸 : 30–40 g
  • ごぼう : 30–40 g
  • 白ネギの青い部分 : 30–40 g
  • ちくわ : Two
  • Pork loin : 適量
  • (A) Water : 100ml
  • (A) Noodle soup : 100ml
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ2
  • ごま油 : 大さじ3

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the ingredients 02:15

    Chop the shiitake mushrooms, carrots, gobo, the green part of the white onion, chikuwa, and pork loin into small pieces of similar size.

  2. 2) 合わせ調味料を作る 09:00

    計量カップに(A)を入れて混ぜる。

  3. 3) 炒める 10:20

    フライパンを強火にかけ、ごま油を入れる。
    豚ロース肉を入れて炒め、火が通ったら他の具材を全て入れる。
    具材に火が通ったら生おからを加えてほぐしながら炒める。

  4. 4) 煮る 13:20

    全体に馴染んだら、2を加えて混ぜながら強火で煮詰める。
    約5分煮詰めたら味見をして、お好みで塩(分量外)と砂糖(分量外)を加えて味を整える。
    2~3分煮詰めて適度に水分が飛んだら完成。
