Ingredients
- milk : 500g
- 砂糖 : 50g
- ゼラチン : 3g
- Water (for gelatin) : 大さじ2
- 冷凍マンゴー : 150g
- 冷凍ブルーベリー : 150g
- (A)水 : 大さじ1〜2
- (A)砂糖 : 100g
- (A)レモン汁 : 大さじ1
- 水(冷凍マンゴー用) : 大さじ1
- (B)砂糖 : 70g
- (B)レモン汁 : 大さじ1

Procedure

Soften the gelatin

Add gelatin to water (for gelatin) and soften.

Make the dough

Add the milk to a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring.
When steam appears, turn off the heat.
Add 1 and mix.
Place in ice water (not included in recipe) to lower temperature to below body temperature.
Place in a milk carton and close the lid.
Place in the freezer and freeze. -

Making the Syrup

Place the frozen blueberries in a bowl and microwave at 500W for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
Add (A) to the frozen blueberries and heat in a 500W microwave for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add water (for frozen mango) to the sliced frozen mango, heat in a 500W microwave for 1 minute, and strain through a colander.
Add (B) to the strained frozen mango and microwave at 500W for 5 to 10 minutes. -
