Finely chop the ginger and garlic (with the sprouts removed) and add to a heat-resistant container. -

卵が固まったらザルに取り出して水気を切り、丼の上に乗せる。
小口切り万能ねぎとタレの薬味をトッピングし、タレをお好みの量かける。
