Ingredients
- zucchini : 300g
- 紫玉ねぎ : 1/2個

- (A) Olive oil : 大さじ1

Turn the green zucchini and chop it into chunks.
Slice half of the yellow zucchini into rings and cut the rest into bite-sized pieces.
Place zucchini in bowl. -

Sprinkle salt and pepper on 1 and mix.
Add the purple onion, bacon, garlic, and (A), sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix.
Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper and mix. -

Bake in a 230°C oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through to mix in the moisture and seasonings.

Point
- I use yellow and green zucchini, but you can choose the color of your choice.
・Cut the purple onion into wedges.
・Reserve the garlic sprouts.
If you don't have white wine vinegar, you can use white wine vinegar instead.
- You can substitute rosemary for the bay leaves and thyme.
