Ingredients
- unsweetened yogurt : 400g

Open the lid of the yogurt, place a double layer of kitchen paper on it, and secure it with a rubber band.
Turn it upside down in a cup and let it drain in the refrigerator for 2 hours. -

Peel off the wrapping paper from the castella cake.
Cut the top and bottom brown fabrics.
Cut the castella in half and then cut diagonally into triangles. -

Drain the remaining castella in a colander and finely chop it.
Use a colander to take the brown castella cake that does not have any grit on it and finely chop it. -

Point
・I use whipped cream that you just squeeze.
・The time required to drain the water in the refrigerator is not included.
- Commercially available castella is used.
・If you don't have castella, you can use sponge cake.
・The bowl used is large enough to hold 600ml.
・When straining the castella in a colander, if it is difficult to rub, you can tear it apart by hand.
・Whipped cream will be more delicious if you use animal products.
・In step 4, return the remaining whipped cream to the refrigerator to chill.
・The time required to chill in the refrigerator in step 5 is not included in the required time.
