  • トマト : 100g

Procedure

  6. 6) むきえびを茹でる 15:20

    鍋にお湯(分量外)を沸かし、塩適量(分量外)を入れる。
    4を入れて1分程度茹でる。
    お湯を捨てて流水で冷ます。

  7. 7) 盛り付ける 16:25

    お皿にレタスを盛り付け、トマトとむきえびを乗せる。
    ドレッシングをかけて、パプリカパウダーを振ったら完成。
