- cabbage : 200g

Add the thinly sliced pork belly and fry on one side over medium-low heat until browned.
Add bean sauce and stir-fry well.

・When frying the cabbage in step 2, if you feel that there is not enough salad oil, add more.
・When grilling thinly sliced pork belly, I use the frying pan used to fry vegetables.
・If thinly sliced pork belly is cooked too much, it will become tough, and if it is not cooked enough, the meat will have a strong odor, so only one side is well-seared.
- Add the bean sauce and fry well until the oil turns red.
