  • (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
  • (B) Cold water : 200ml
  • (B) Noodle soup : 60ml
  • 白ごま : 少々

Procedure

  1. 1) Preparing the vegetables 01:25

    Thinly slice the onion, transfer to a bowl and cover with water (not included in the recipe).
    Cut the washed tomatoes in half and remove the stems.
    Drain the onions.

    フライパンにお湯(分量外)を沸かし、蕎麦を入れて表示時間茹でる。
    別のボウルに氷水(分量外)を用意する。

    丼に4を2等分にして入れる。
    2を2等分にして加える。
    白ごまと万能ねぎをトッピングする。

  7. 7) 蕎麦を仕上げる 07:08
