- Fresh cream : 200ml
- Cream cheese : 200g
- sugar : 60g
- cookie : 90g
- lemon juice : 1 tsp
- gelatin : 8g
- water : 3 tbsp

Make cookie dough

Put the cookies in a clean storage bag and crush them into pieces using a rolling pin.
Put the butter in a plate and heat it in a 600w microwave for 40 seconds to melt it. Mix crushed cookies and melted butter and spread on the bottom of the cake mold. -

Make cream cheese dough

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Mix sugar, cream, lemon juice and cream cheese well.
Add water to gelatin and heat in a 500w microwave for 40 seconds. Add to cream cheese dough and mix well.
Pour the finished dough into the cookie dough while filtering it, and use a rubber spatula to smooth the top surface. -
