  • Cream cheese : 200g
  • Granulated sugar : 50g
  • Vanilla extract : 3-4 drops

  • gelatin : 3g
  • Fresh cream : 100ml
  • Egg white : 1 piece
  • sugar : 30g
  • Oreo cookie : 70g (No Oreo cream is used)
  • Unsalted butter : 30g
