- banana : 1 large (2 small)
- egg : 1 piece
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- milk : 3 tbsp
- Pancake mix : 150g (200g is also acceptable)

Crush the banana and mix the ingredients

Put bananas in a bowl and crush them, then put all the ingredients in it and mix.

Heat the dough in the microwave

Place a cooking sheet in a heat-resistant container, put the dough in it, stab a bamboo skewer for 600w for 4 minutes (500w for 4 minutes and 50 seconds), check the inside, and heat it in the microwave for +30 seconds each if it is raw.

・ A simple banana cake that is made by mixing ingredients in a microwave oven using a pancake mix.
・ Choose bananas that are black and ripe. Or wait until it turns black before using it.
-The heat-resistant container used is a zip lock container 1100 ml 15 cm square depth about 8 cm. It swells about twice, so a deeper one is recommended.
・ When cooling, put kitchen paper or towel on it. If you don't put it on, it will dry.
・ Storage is 3 days if refrigerated. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap without cutting it, and heat it in the microwave as much as you eat. 10 days for freezing. Wrap it piece by piece, thaw it at room temperature or refrigerate when eating, and warm it in the microwave if you are in a hurry.
