Ingredients
- 中力粉 : 300g
- 塩 : 3g
- 水 : 180g

粉の部分がなくなるまで混ぜたら、手でこねる。
ひとまとまりになったら、フタをして10分休ませる。 -

10分経ったらもう一度軽くこねて台の上に取り出し、2等分する。
それぞれを台の上でこねて丸める。
サラダ油を生地の表面に塗り、ラップを被せて30分休ませる。 -
