Ingredients
- Japanese beef : 100g
- potato : 2 pieces
- onion : 1/2 piece
- carrot : 1/2
- Silk sheath : 6-8
- Bonito broth : 500ml (500ml of water + 50ml of white water is OK)
- Dark soy sauce : 50ml
- sweet sake : 30ml
- sugar : 3 tbsp
