- (A) Mirin : 3 tbsp
- (A) Water : 1/3 cup
- (A) Katsuobushi : A pinch
- seven spice blend : As appropriate

Wash the edamame, put it in a bowl, add salt and knead.

Put (A) and 1 in a frying pan, cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
Occasionally shake the frying pan. -

Point
・ If you have time, cut off both ends of the edamame to make it easier for the taste to soak in.
・ Shake the frying pan with the lid on to let the taste blend into the whole.

・ If you don't like spiciness, you don't need Shichimi pepper.
