Ingredients

  • peach : 2 pieces
  • (A) Water : 200g
  • (A) Sugar : 75g
  • (A) White wine : 15g
  • lemon juice : 15g
  • Syrup + water after boiling peaches : 350g in total
  • Powdered gelatin : 5g
  • White wine 50g : 50g

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the peach 00:19

    Cut the peach in half and remove the seeds.

  2. 2) Make peach syrup 01:47

    Put (A) in a pan and heat it.
    When it boils, turn off the heat, add lemon juice and 1 peach, and heat.

    Pour the jelly liquid into a bowl containing peaches and cool in the refrigerator to harden.
