Ingredients
- peach : 2 pieces
- (A) Water : 200g
- (A) Sugar : 75g
- (A) White wine : 15g
- lemon juice : 15g
- Syrup + water after boiling peaches : 350g in total
- Powdered gelatin : 5g
- White wine 50g : 50g

Cut the peach

Cut the peach in half and remove the seeds.

Make peach syrup

Put (A) in a pan and heat it.
When it boils, turn off the heat, add lemon juice and 1 peach, and heat.
When it boils again, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes. -
