Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 2 sheets (250-300g)
- onion : 1 large (260g)

Cut the onion into 1 cm combs.
Chicken thighs remove excess skin, fat and streaks. -

・ If you use a small amount of oil when grilling chicken thighs, excess fat will easily come out from the skin.
・ The optimal size of the frying pan is such that chicken thighs can fit in it. If there is a gap in the frying pan, the temperature of the gap will rise too much and it will be difficult for the fire to pass evenly.
・ By adding the egg in two portions, the soft-boiled egg will come out and it will be delicious.
・ In addition to the trefoil, add spices such as Japanese pepper powder and zuskin to make it even more delicious.
* In the video, the amount of soy sauce and mirin is 60 ml (4 tbsp), but 60 g (3 tbsp and 1/3 tbsp) is incorrect. Also, since sugar is cane sugar, it is 18g (2 tablespoons).
