Ingredients

  • chicken : 500g
  • Oil (for chicken) : Appropriate amount

  • (A) Turmeric powder : 1/4 tbsp
  • (A) Red chili powder : 1/2 tbsp
  • (A) Cumin powder : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Coriander powder : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
  • (A) Salt : Appropriate amount
  • Water (for stir fry) : Appropriate amount

Procedure

  1. 1) Bake chicken 01:09

    Add oil to a frying pan and when warm, add bite-sized chicken. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt and bake well until both sides are browned.
