  • Pork loin : 300g

  • Cake flour : 4 tbsp
  • water : 1 tablespoon
  • oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Bread crumbs : Appropriate amount
  • (A) Sweet chili sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Ketchup : 3 tbsp
  • (A) Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Vinegar : 1 tablespoon
  • (B) Worcestershire sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • (B) Ketchup : 2 tablespoons

Procedure

    Cut the cabbage into julienne and cut the lemon and tomatoes.
