Ingredients

  • pineapple : 500g
  • (A) Malt : 25g
  • (A) Granulated sugar : 40g
  • (A) Cinnamon : 3/4 teaspoon
  • (B) Unsalted butter : 100g
  • (B) Cream cheese : 20g
  • (B) Powdered sugar : 45g
  • egg yolk : 1 piece
  • Medium-strength flour : 150g
  • Custard powder : 20g
