- Frozen udon : 1 ball
- green pepper : 1 piece
- cheese : 40g

Cut the onions into thin slices.
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Cut the peppers into thin slices. -

Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable juice.
Add (A), onions, ham and salt.
Heat on medium heat over low heat, mix gently and add black pepper.
Add grated garlic and heat while mixing. -
