- Watermelon (without skin) : 300g
- Basil no ha : 10 sheets
- White wine vinegar : 1/2 tbsp
- salt : A pinch
- Mozzarella cheese : 1 piece
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon

Cut the watermelon into small pieces and take the seeds.
