- (A) Mentsuyu (4 times concentrated) : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Salt : a little
- (B) Flour : 6 tbsp
- (B) Cold water : 8 tbsp
- (B) Mayonnaise : 1 tablespoon

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and put them in a bowl. Add (A) and mix. Cut the pickled ginger juice.

Put (B) in another bowl and mix well. Add seasoned pork and red pickled ginger and mix well.

Warm a large amount of oil in a frying pan. Arrange them in a bite-sized size, round and flat, and bake for 2 minutes. Slice it firmly from above and bake for another 2 minutes. Discard the oil in the frying pan, wipe the oil carefully, and bake twice. Raise when the surface becomes fragrant. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on a plate and it's done.
