Ingredients

  • Minced pork : 200g
  • Chinese chive : 1 bundle
  • Enoki mushroom : 1 bag
  • Fried tofu : 5 sheets
  • Salt and pepper : a little
  • (A) Chin dashi (4 times concentrated) : 1 tsp
  • (A) Mirin : 2 tsp
  • (A) Chopped garlic : 1 tsp
  • (A) Grated ginger : 1 tsp
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 2 tsp
  • (A) Doubanjiang : 1/2 teaspoon
  • (A) XO sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped green onions : Appropriate amount

Procedure
