- Fresh cream : 200ml
- Cream cheese : 100g
- Sweetened condensed milk : 5 tbsp (75 ml)

Whisk the cream with a hand mixer.
Make the dough
After returning the cream cheese to room temperature, knead it with a whisk until it becomes smooth.
Add the fresh cream of 1 little by little and mix well each time.
Add all the remaining cream and mix.
Add sweetened condensed milk and mix further.
Put in a mold
Pour the dough into a slim pound cake lined with roasted paper.
Drop it on the workbench several times to remove the air from the dough.
Put the oreo on
Put Oreo in a bag, split it from the top of the bag, and crush it into small pieces.
Place it on the entire surface of the dough in the mold and lightly press it.
Cool and harden in the freezer.
After about 2 hours, remove the dough from the freezer once before it completely hardens.
