- Oreo cookie (for tart stand) : 10 sheets
- Drawn butter : 3 tbsp
- (A) Cream cheese : 200g
- (A) Fresh cream : 200g
- Oreo cookie (for dough) : 5 sheets
- sugar : 3 tbsp
- Oreo cookie (for topping) : 5 sheets

Make cookie dough

Put the Oreo cookie in a storage bag and beat it with a rolling pin to crush it into small pieces.
Transfer to a bowl, add melted butter, mix and blend well. -

Put (A) in a bowl and mix with a whisk to make it smooth.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add the Oreo cookie by hand and mix gently. -
