- 水 : 160ml
- onion : 1/4個
- 卵 : 2個
- chicken : About 100g
- めんつゆ(4倍希釈) : 50ml
- 砂糖 : 小さじ2杯程度
- きざみ海苔 : 少々(おこのみで)
