Cut into 3 equal parts and cut into julienne along the fibers. -

Point
・ By rubbing the carrots with salt, the green odor is removed and excess water is released.
-Can be stored in a storage container for a week in the refrigerator. If the saltiness is not enough when eating after storage, add and prepare.
・ For children or if you want to make it sweeter, add honey or marmalade.
・ It is delicious even if you add grain mustard.
・ There is no problem even if you do not add cumin seeds.
・ It is also delicious as a sandwich ingredient.
