  • (A)豚肉の茹で汁 : 300cc
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ4
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ3
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ4
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1
  • 卵 : 4〜6個
