- (A)豚肉の茹で汁 : 300cc
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ4
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ3
- (A)みりん : 大さじ2
- (A)酒 : 大さじ4
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- 卵 : 4〜6個

5の煮汁が入った鍋に、豚肉を入れてアルミホイルで落し蓋をし、弱火で煮込む。15〜20分程度で豚肉を裏返し、再び落し蓋をして20分程度煮込む。
