  • しょうが : 5g

  1. 1) しょうがを切る 02:34

    しょうがを皮ごとせん切りにする。

  2. 2) 牛肉を煮る 02:58

    牛肉を手でちぎりながら鍋に入れる。
    (B)と1と牛脂を入れ、火にかける。
    酒のアルコールが飛んだら火を止める。

  3. 3) うどんを茹でる 05:14

    フライパンに、(A)をいれ沸騰したら冷凍うどんを入れ茹でる。
    沸騰してきたら火を止める。

    どんぶりに、茹でたうどんをだしごと入れる。
    牛肉を上に盛り付ける。
    煮汁も全て上からかける。
    好みで小葱、七味をかける。

Point
