- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- えのき : 200g(1袋)
- 料理酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)ガラスープの素 : 小さじ1
- (A)すりおろしにんにく : 小さじ1
- (A)すりおろし生姜 : 小さじ1
- (A)ごま油 : 小さじ2
- 無調整豆乳 : 200ml
- 味噌 : 小さじ2
- すりごま : 大さじ1
- 刻み小ネギ : 少々
- 糸切り唐辛子 : 少々

白菜とえのきを切って鍋に入れる

Cut off the core of Chinese cabbage and cut into 1-1.5 cm wide pieces.
Put the washed Chinese cabbage in a pan, add salt and let it blend into the whole.
Cut off the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 1-1.5 cm wide pieces that are easy to eat.
Place the enoki mushrooms on top of the Chinese cabbage. -
