- とろけるチーズ : 適量
- (A) Mayonnaise : 大さじ3
- (A) Egg yolk : 2個
- (A) Grain mustard : 大さじ1
- (A) White miso : 小さじ2
- (A) Salty sauce : 1 Mawashi

2の表面に3を塗る。そのうえにとろけるチーズをかける。チーズに焼き色がつくまでオーブントースターで焼く。
Point
・ Cut the zucchini into thick slices.
・ Use grain mustard as mustard.
・ When using regular miso, substitute 1 teaspoon of miso and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
・ If you like, you can add grated garlic to the sauce for a delicious finish.
