- 無塩バター : 20g

- 蜂蜜 : 30g
- 水 : 大さじ1
- シナモンパウダー : 適量

Cut sweet potatoes
Cut the sweet potatoes together with the skin into sticks and soak them in water for about 10 minutes to remove the lye. Drain well with kitchen paper.
Bake sweet potatoes
Put olive oil in a frying pan, add sweet potatoes and bake on medium heat. When it gets brown, turn it over and bake the other side as well.
When both sides are browned, add butter and entangle well. Once the butter is entwined, take it out into a bowl.
Wipe the oil from the frying pan, add honey and water, and mix over low heat. When it becomes thick, put the sweet potatoes back in the frying pan and mix well.
・ Sweet potatoes are hard, so be careful when cutting them.
・ Use kitchen paper to remove the moisture from the sweet potatoes.
・ Put sweet potatoes in a frying pan so that they do not overlap as much as possible and bake.
・ By using unsalted butter, it becomes easier to season.
・ Mix honey and water well to thicken.
