Add rice and enough water (not listed) to cover the rice in a bowl, and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Place in a colander to drain, add water and grind finely with a mixer or mortar.
Once it's finely crushed, add all the remaining ingredients and mix again with a mixer.
Pour the batter into the frying pan, cover with a lid, and let rise until the batter expands to 1.5 times its size. -

フライパンを弱火で火にかけ、蓋をして12分程焼く。
生地をひっくり返して再度クッキングシートに乗せ、フライパンに戻して蓋をして10分焼く。
焼き目がついたら取り出し、お皿に乗せお好みのサイズに切り分けたら完成。
Point
・If you use rice that is not washed, wash the rice before soaking it in water.
・If the rice is hard when crushed, add about 20ml of water.
・The video introduces two ways to crush the rice: one using a mortar and the other using a mixer, but the mixer breaks the rice finely and is easier.
・When putting the dough into the frying pan, place a parchment paper on it to make it easier to remove the dough.
- Fermentation of the dough will not proceed if the room temperature is low, so you can accelerate fermentation by boiling water in a pot and placing a frying pan on top of it.
