Ingredients

  • 牛細切れ肉 : 150g
  • 白滝(アク抜き不要のもの) : 200g
  • 人参 : 30g
  • 椎茸 : 120g
  • ニラ : 4本
  • 炒りごま : 少々
  • 醤油 : 小さじ2
  • にんにく(チューブでも可) : 10g
  • みりん : 小さじ1
  • 砂糖 : 大さじ1.5
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1.5

Procedure

  1. 1) Dehydrate Shirataki 01:29

    Rinse Shirataki lightly with water, drain it, sprinkle it with sugar, and rub it into Shirataki. After rubbing for 1-2 minutes, rinse gently with water.

    Cut off the shiitake mushrooms and slice them into thin slices. Cut the carrots together with the skin. Cut the garlic into 5 cm width. Grate the garlic.

    塩を加えて味を整えて、ニラを入れて炒める。火を止めたらいりごま、黒胡椒、ごま油で味付けをして、お皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point

・ By soaking Shirataki noodles in sugar and dehydrating them, the taste can be easily absorbed.
・ If you don't have shiitake mushrooms, you can use your favorite mushrooms instead.
・ Garlic may be a tube.
・ When rubbing garlic, wet your hands with water in advance to make it harder for the odor to come in contact with your hands.
