・ If it is fully ripe from the beginning, it is not necessary to fully ripen it. If you use too immature ome, you may get moldy before it is fully ripe, so if possible, it is recommended that you buy some ripe plums at a supermarket or a plum farmer who buys some ripe plums on the tree.
・ If you wash the plums with water before ripening, it may cause mold to grow, so be careful.
・ Ripe plums are soft and easily damaged, so wash them gently.
・ If the plum is scratched or damaged, cut it with a knife and remove it. Depending on the condition, mold may grow, so watch carefully.
・ Store in a cool and dark place out of the sun, and enjoy it from about 1 to 2 months. The more you lay it down, the more mellow and delicious it becomes.
