Ingredients
- 豚細切れ肉 : 120g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- ごま油 : 適量
- 酒 : 大さじ1
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- 砂糖 : 小さじ2
- 生姜のすりおろし : 1かけ
- 片栗粉 : 小さじ1
- 紅生姜 : 適量
- ブロッコリー : 4房
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- 白すりごま : 小さじ1

Prepare broccoli

Cut a bunch of broccoli, wash, wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 1-2 minutes.
