- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- (A) Water : 大さじ2

Cut the fried tofu into square bite-sized pieces, and cut the ginger into julienne.

Cut the long pork in half and roll it into fried tofu one by one.

Arrange the fried tofu in a frying pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and heat over medium heat.
Add seasoning (A) and ginger to the whole and simmer for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn it over and simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve on a plate and add mustard if you like.
Point
・ For deep-fried tofu, cut the pork into pieces that are easy to roll.
・ If you cut 18 pieces of fried tofu, the amount of pork is just right.
・ When boiling, simmer to dissolve the sugar.
・ The frying pan may be a little small as long as it is large enough to line up the fried tofu.
