  • 醤油 : 小さじ1
  • 砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • マヨネーズ : 適量
  • 小ネギ : 適量

    卵、牛乳、塩胡椒を混ぜ合わせる。

    鶏ガラスープの素、酒、オイスターソース、醤油、砂糖を混ぜ合わせる。

    フライパンに油をひいて温めたら、豚こまを入れて加熱する。

    ソースを加えて全体を混ぜ合わせたら、卵液を流し入れて、周りが固まってきたら蓋をして加熱する。

    底に焼き色がついたらお皿に盛り付けて、マヨネーズをかけ、小ネギを散らして完成。
