  • Black chocolate : 150g
  • 牛乳 : 500ml
  • ココアパウダー : 20g
  • 粉寒天 : 5g
  • 水 : 100ml
  • 砂糖 : 30g

Procedure

  1. 1) Chop chocolate 01:03

    Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.

    When it becomes liquid, return it to the bowl containing milk and mix.

    残りの牛乳を加え、沸騰しないようよく混ぜる。

  6. 6) 粗熱を取る 05:34

    全体が混ざったら火を止め、氷水の入ったボウルに鍋を入れる。
    混ぜながらとろみがつくまで粗熱を取る。

  7. 7) 仕上げる 06:10

    濾し器で生地を濾しながら、型に流し入れる。
    粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で2時間程冷やしたら完成。

Point

・ Milk chocolate can be used as a substitute for black chocolate.
・ When using milk chocolate, adjust the amount of sugar.
