  • 中力粉 : 30g
  • 砂糖 : 25g

  1. 1) 卵黄を混ぜる 00:08

    卵を卵黄と卵白に分ける。
    卵黄に牛乳と加え、混ぜる。
    中力粉をふるって加え、混ぜる。
    バニラエッセンスを加え、混ぜる。

  2. 2) メレンゲを作る 01:02

    卵白を、ハンドミキサーで泡立てる。
    砂糖を3回に分けて入れ、角が立つまでその都度混ぜる。

  3. 3) 卵黄とメレンゲを混ぜる 01:38

    メレンゲの1/3を、卵黄に加えて混ぜる。
    混ざったら、メレンゲのボウルに戻して混ぜる。
    生地を、絞り袋に入れる。

  4. 4) Bake the dough 02:18

    Put the frying pan on low heat.
    Add oil and spread with kitchen paper.
    Squeeze an appropriate amount of dough, add water from (A), cover and bake for 5 minutes.

  5. 5) 仕上げる 02:50

    裏返し、(B)の水を加えて再度蓋をし、更に5分焼いたら完成。
