    ラップか布巾をかけ、20分発酵をさせる。

    フライパンに水を張り、はちみつを加えて火にかける。
    沸騰をしたらベーグルを入れ、片面を30秒ずつ茹でる。

  8. 8) 仕上げる 08:22

    茹で上がったら天板に並べ、230℃のオーブンで15分焼いたら完成。
