- (A) Granulated sugar : 360g
- （B）グラニュー糖 : 大さじ2
- 水 : 180cc

Put (A) granulated sugar and water in a pan and mix over medium heat.
When the granulated sugar in (A) has melted, turn off the heat. -

Soak the bamboo skewers in sugar solution, sprinkle with granulated sugar (B), and dry.

結晶が出来るまで、1週間以上置いたら完成。
Point
・ Cut off the tip of the bamboo skewer in advance.
・ A cup with a deep bottom is recommended for the container.
・ When immersing the bamboo skewers in sugar solution, be careful not to get them on the bottom of the container.
・ The longer the placement time, the larger the crystals.
・ You may use disposable chopsticks instead of bamboo skewers.
