Ingredients
- ごぼう : 150g

- ハム : 50g

- (B)マヨネーズ : 大さじ3と1/2
- (B)すりごま : 大さじ1と1/2
- (B)黒胡椒 : 適量
- 小ねぎ : 適量
- サラダ油 : 小さじ1と1/2

Shred burdock root, carrots and ham.

Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and fry burdock root and carrots.
When the whole is soft, add (A) and let it blend in. -

Point
・ Be careful not to wash the burdock too much.
・ It is recommended to cut burdock root and carrot into thin slices and then into julienne.
