- コチュジャン : 大さじ2
- 水 : 500ml
- 魚醤 : 大さじ1
- 赤唐辛子粉 : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- おろしにんにく : 大さじ1
- 黒胡椒 : 適量
