- broccoli : 150g
- 鶏むね肉 : 300g
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- (A) Chicken soup base : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A) Salt and pepper : 少々
- (A) Potato starch : 大さじ3

Remove the dirty parts from the stems and cut into 3-5 mm squares. -

Add a bunch and heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 600W.
Put it in a colander and drain it. -
