- Plain bread : 2 sheets

- （B）スライスチーズ : 1枚
- 白だし : 大さじ1
- 牛乳 : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : ひとつまみ
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1

Put eggs, white sauce, milk, mayonnaise and sugar in a bowl.
Cut the sliced cheese from (A) into small pieces and mix gently. -

Sprinkle salad oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add egg liquid and bake until half-cooked while mixing. -

Turn off the heat and put half the amount of eggs on the bread.
Place the sliced cheese from (B) and the remaining eggs.
Wrap it in plastic wrap, cut it in half, and you're done.
Point
・ It is also recommended to apply mustard or mustard on bread.
・ When melting the eggs, make sure that the yolks and whites are not mixed too much.
・ When baking eggs, mix them with a spatula.
・ Pizza cheese may be used instead of sliced cheese.
