  • (B)醤油 : 大さじ2
  • (B)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (B)酒 : 大さじ2
  • (B)だしの素 : 小さじ1
  • (B)水 : 適量

Procedure

    Rinse the rice with water and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Point

・ Immerse the rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking to improve the finish.
・ For konjac that needs to be boiled, boil it first. Even if you don't need to boil it, you can remove the peculiar smell by kneading it with salt.
・ Since silk pods change color when cooked together, put them on after cooking.
