  • さつまいも : 500~600g
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
  • 油 : 65~100ml
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ4強
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2弱
  • (A)水 : 大さじ2
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
  • (A)酢 : 小さじ1
  • 塩 : ひとつまみ
  • 白ごま : 適量

    さつまいもを水洗いし、両端を切り落とし乱切りにする。
    多めの水で5分程水にさらす。
