Ingredients
- squid : 1 cup
- 青ねぎ : 100g

- (A)かつお粉 : 大さじ1
- 水 : 100ml
- ごま油 : 適量

Point
・ For squid, commercially available fillets may be used.
・ Garlic may be used instead of green onions.
・ Cornstarch may be used instead of potato starch.
-The bonito powder may be powdered by heating the bonito flakes.
・ It is also recommended to use dashi stock instead of bonito powder.
