Ingredients

  • ご飯 : 120g
  • 真鯛(刺身用) : 100g
  • みつば : 3本
  • 長ねぎ : 5cm
  • 焼き海苔 : 1/2枚
  • 緑茶の茶葉 : 10g
  • いりごま(白) : 大さじ3
  • Liquor : 3 tbsp
  • みりん : 大さじ2
  • 醤油 : 大さじ3
  • 昆布 : 1枚(6cm角)
  • わさび : 適量
